The Barbaresco Riserva by Ricossa is a red wine from Langa made from pure Nebbiolo grapes. The brand has its roots in the Astigiano area and interprets the great Piedmontese denominations with a classic style. The Riserva matures in large oak casks and barriques, then rests for a long time in the bottle. On the nose, notes of raspberries, blackberries, and forest fruits emerge, with floral hints of violet, followed by spicy notes of cinnamon and toasted leather. The palate is soft and savory, with lively tannins and a long finish. Perfect with a Nebbiolo braised beef.
