Bianco 'Nuovo Paradisetto' Avanguardia 2021

The White ‘Nuovo Paradisetto’ from the Avanguardia winery is born from the meeting of six grape varieties from the Colli Orientali del Friuli, cultivated on a vineyard of only three hectares. The name recalls the historic bottle of Caroni rum, an icon of the Genoese maison Velier that launched this project to bring new drinkers closer to the Triple A world. The nose is of white flowers, grapefruit, and a hint of green apple, the palate is agile, savory, and direct, with no added sulfur. A wine for all meals, perfect with a dish of mixed fried fish
