Chablis Domaine Bersan 2023

The Chablis from Domaine Bersan is made from pure Chardonnay grapes on Kimmeridgian soils, limestone marls rich in ancient marine fossils. A vertical expression of the winery, it ferments spontaneously in steel and rests for a few months on the fine lees. On the nose, it reveals aromas of apple, lemon, and yellow peach, with a note of flint. On the palate, it is tense and salty, supported by pronounced minerality and a clear finish with beautiful length. A typical, precise, and territorial white, ideal alongside oysters and shellfish.
