Champagne Brut Sélection Casters Louis – Damery

The Brut Champagne ‘Cuvée Sélection’ by Louis Casters is a tribute to the family tradition of Damery, vinified from pure Pinot to preserve the character of the grape variety. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, maintaining its freshness to the fullest, but it ages for several years on the lees, expressing both structure and power. On the nose, it is broad and evolved, with a side of ripe and candied fruit, an exotic touch, and sweet and floral nuances. On the palate, it is soft and fresh, with creamy effervescence and dense texture, supported by a tonic freshness and a mineral vein, ideal with a terrine of foie gras or a scallop carpaccio.
