The "Clos de la Coulée De Serrant" by Nicolas Joly is a great white wine made from Chenin Blanc grapes from ancient vineyards and aged in barrique for at least 6-8 months. The olfactory profile is built from fruity and mineral tones with small balsamic touches. On the palate, it expresses all its power, both in width and depth, extending into a very long finish.
