Franciacorta Brut Magnum Conte di Provaglio - Chiara Ziliani

The Franciacorta Brut by Conte di Provaglio is part of the Chiara Ziliani range. It originates in Provaglio d'Iseo, where the precious Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are cultivated in the vineyards around the estate. After the sparkling process, it rests for a year and a half on the lees, refining finesse and balance. On the nose, it is fragrant, with a fruity side of white-fleshed fruits and citrus, a herbal note and typical pastry aromas. On the palate, it is balanced and creamy, fresh and with a savory return, ideal with seafood risotto or a seafood appetizer.
