'RG VV' by Matter is born from the project of Damiano Meroi, who lightly interprets a family tradition that spans over a century. The abbreviation ‘VV’ refers to the old vines from which it comes, capable of giving more complex aromas and hints. Fermented in steel to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit, it opens on the nose with notes of apple, pear, and citrus, enriched by spicy nuances of vanilla.
