Ribolla Gialla 'Cius' Vini Verso - I Clivi 2023

The Ribolla Gialla 'Cius' comes from the Vini Verso project, a network of Friulian winemakers coordinated by the I Clivi winery to tell the viticultural identity of the territory. The grapes come from the Gorizia-Gradisca County, from vineyards about twenty years old that ferment and mature in cement tanks. On the nose, the aroma is broad and floral, with notes of white rose, gentian and acacia, hints of white peach, renetta apple and herbaceous and mineral scents. On the palate, it is dry, taut and precise, with a lively freshness that accompanies a long finish. Excellent with a seafood appetizer of raw fish
