Riesling Alcohol Free Kolonne Null 2024

The Kolonne Null Alcohol Free Riesling brings the personality of the German grape variety to zero degrees. The project was born in Berlin from the initiative founded in 2018 by Philipp Rößle, now a European reference point for the art of alcohol-free wine. The base is an organic Riesling from slate and loess soils, de-alcoholized on a small scale to preserve its aromas and character. Aromas of ripe mirabelle and quince intertwine with a saline note of stone, in front of a dry and savory sip, with vibrant freshness and pronounced minerality. Perfect with a sushi and sashimi menu.
