Sauvignon Blanc 'Fountain of Youth' Oak Valley 2025

The Sauvignon Blanc 'Fountain of Youth' from the South African winery Oak Valley is named after a spring discovered in 1898 by founder Sir Antonie Viljoen on the slopes of Groenlandberg, renamed for its almost miraculous properties. The Sauvignon grapes grow in the cool climate of Elgin and then ferment at low temperatures to preserve their aromatic purity. On the nose, it offers aromas of white melon and lychee, enhanced by herbaceous notes of lemongrass.
